Is FLEX Connect cloud-based hotel software?

Yes. FLEX Connect runs in any modern web browser at connect.flexinfosys.com, so owners and staff can work from the property, from home or while travelling. Many screens are also available on the FLEX Connect mobile app (Android & iOS).

Who is FLEX Connect for?

Hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés and hospitality groups in Bangladesh and Bhutan that want their front office, outlets, housekeeping, accounts and sales CRM in one cloud system, with access from anywhere.

Does FLEX Connect have a mobile app?

Yes. The FLEX Connect app runs on Android and iOS; the Android version is on Google Play. Staff and managers can use CRM follow-ups with GPS visit check-in, tasks and deals, and front office, housekeeping, POS and approval screens, depending on their privileges.

Which modules does FLEX Connect include?

FLEX Connect has 22 modules, including front office, housekeeping, POS outlets, banquet, spa, health club, sales CRM, direct booking engine, HR and payroll, inventory and procurement, accounts and night audit. Can I buy only one part of FLEX Connect, such as accounting or inventory?

Yes. Parts of FLEX Connect are sold on their own: FLEX Accounts (accounting), FLEX Inventory (procurement and inventory), FLEX HR (HR and payroll), FLEX POS (restaurant and café POS), FLEX Events (banquet and events) and FLEX Spa & Gym. You can add more modules later on the same data.

Can my guests book and pay online?

Yes. FLEX Connect includes a direct booking engine you can add to your own website, including as a WordPress plugin. Guests check availability, book rooms and pay online through local and international payment gateways, and returning guests can see their stays, bills and payments in a guest portal.

Can I try the booking engine before buying?

Yes. A live booking demo runs on a sample resort website at resort.flexinfosys.com/book, where you can search dates, choose rooms and see the payment step.

Does FLEX Connect work for restaurants and cafés?

Yes. The POS outlets cover restaurants, cafés and room service with table booking, orders, kitchen tickets, bills, shifts and day closing. In a hotel, outlet bills can be charged to the guest's room.

Does FLEX Connect include a sales CRM?

Yes. The sales CRM manages leads, contacts, accounts, a deals board, tasks and follow-ups, and runs email and WhatsApp campaigns. It suits corporate, travel-agent and banquet sales teams.

Can I control what each staff member sees?

Yes. Every module and screen is switched on per user and per property through user groups and privileges, and a sign-in log records who signed in. Managers only see what they need.

Can I change the colours of FLEX Connect?

Yes. FLEX Connect has 5 colour themes: Violet, Magenta, Indigo, Green and Orange. Each user picks their own theme in Settings and it follows them to any device, and administrators can set it for a user. Status colours, such as red for amounts owed and green for settled, stay the same in every theme.

Can I manage more than one property?

Yes. User privileges are set per property, so a group can run several hotels or outlets in FLEX Connect and give each manager access only to their own property.

Is my data backed up?

FLEX Connect includes a database backup and restore scheduler, so backups run automatically on the schedule you set.

Should I choose FLEX Connect or the desktop FLEX PMS?

Choose the desktop FLEX PMS if your internet is unreliable and you want the system to keep working offline on your local network. Choose FLEX Connect if you want browser and mobile access, the online booking engine and the sales CRM. Our team will help you decide during the free demo.

What does FLEX Connect run on?
