Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country, type of business, and any details you include when you contact us, request a demo or request a proposal.

We also collect limited technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, and how you interact with our site, in order to keep it secure and improve it. If you reach us from an advertisement, we also record the campaign details in the link you followed (such as utm_source, utm_campaign or a Facebook click ID) so we know which advert brought you to us.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver our services, send you material you have requested, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we will never use it for purposes incompatible with those described here without telling you first.

Cookies & analytics

Our site keeps a small amount of information in your browser for the current visit only (session storage), such as the advert campaign you arrived from, so it can be sent along with any form you submit. It is cleared when you close the tab.

We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies and tells Meta when you visit our pages, submit a contact or demo form, or tap our call or WhatsApp buttons. We use this to measure how well our adverts work and to show our adverts to people who have visited our site. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. We do not send the contents of your form (your name, email or phone number) to Meta.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, and you can control which adverts you see from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences (Settings → Accounts Center → Ad preferences).

Sharing & disclosure

We share personal data only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, such as our website host and email provider, or where required by law. Website usage and advert-measurement data is shared with Meta through the Meta Pixel as described under Cookies & analytics.
